Pricing

In simple terms: the club connects its own Stripe account – global payment gateway - and from then on can collect money from parents and players directly to its own bank account. For training, camps, club merchandise in the e-shop, or a paid match stream for parents who can't attend in person. A parent pays by card in a few clicks, the money goes straight to the club and myClub never touches the payment itself - it just gives the club a place on the site to collect it.

• Payments are processed by Stripe one of the largest payment providers in the world (PCI-DSS Level 1). Neither the club nor myClub ever sees card numbers.
• The club acts on its own behalf. Money from customers goes directly to the club's own Stripe account and is automatically paid out to its bank account. myClub has no access to the money.
• One-time setup (onboarding). Stripe verifies who represents the club, its registration number/address, and bank account (a legal KYC requirement) - it takes a few minutes.
• Receipts and overview. The club sees every payment, payout, and fee in its own Stripe Dashboard; customers get a receipt automatically. Invoicing, accounting, and VAT are handled by the club under its own rules.
• Fees. Stripe only charges its standard transaction fee for processing the payment (per Stripe's pricing) - see the example below.
• No commitment. The connection can be managed anytime directly in Stripe.
